WilliamJHopper.com

This is actually a pair of websites, Heathensguide.com and WilliamJHopper.com which are closely interconnected. They are owned by William Hopper, the author of The Heathen’s Guide to World Religions, and serve both as a storefront for his book as well as a blog and fan site.

Working with the feedback and materials provided, we used a customized WordPress theme as a base and went from there. The result is a pair of clean, stylish websites that showcase his content while also providing many features to both Mr. Hopper and his fans.

WilliamJHopper.com has a fully integrated phpBB forum in addition to its magazine style of blog. We retained the look and feel of the main site in the phpBB template, and created a sense of uniformity between both of his websites. It’s very clear to his readers which site they’re on, but also equally clear that both are his official sites.

We’d like to add that Mr. Hopper was a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to working with him again.

Support Via MSN/WLM

When it comes to online consultation and gathering information on technical problems, Instant Messaging is one of our favourite tools. Besides the obvious benefit of realtime exchange of ideas, it easily lends itself to a well documented record of the discussion.

We currently support MSN/WLM, which in turn supports Yahoo! Messenger. If you need to use a different messaging program we can accommodate you.

Testimonials

I used to think my old website was “passable”. Friends recommended me to David at MidnightCoder.ca, who set to showing me what the site could be, and the many reasons it should be updated.

The result has been a high-functioning, very professional site that does exactly what I want and a bunch of things I never knew I wanted. I highly recommend you spend some time talking things over with David before you go hiring far more expensive designers. He’ll save you time, money, and give you the site you want.

I first contracted MidnightCoder.ca in 2006 to work on my fishing forum, and since then they have handled all the technical issues for my sites, as well as created several new ones for me.

Through hosting problems, server moves and hacking attempts, MidnightCoder.ca has always provided timely solutions at very reasonable rates.

MidnightCoder.ca has been my website designer for several years, and in that period of time www.BookTalk.org has experienced continuous and steady growth. Our membership, traffic and page views have grown exponentially.

I attribute our growth and success to the professional design and maintenance services provided by MidnightCoder.ca, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone needing a dependable and cutting-edge web design provider.
